• 234 39th St. Lot – about 300 ft away 

• 4000 Collins Ave. Garage – about 0.1 miles away 

• Municipal Garage at 4400 Collins Ave. – city-operated, a short walk from the hotel 

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest major airport, located about 11 miles (20 minutes by car) from Hotel Croydon. Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is another option, about 27 miles (40 minutes by car) away.

Miami-Dade Transit buses stop along Collins Avenue just steps from the hotel, making it easy to connect throughout the city. Miami Beach also offers a free trolley service that runs daily along Collins Avenue and other routes, providing a convenient way to explore the area.

The easiest and most reliable way to get around the city is ride-share, but you can also reserve a taxi, and use our public transit that will bring guests to the front door of all the major hotspots. There are also many wonderful things to do within walking distance.

Yes, all of our guest rooms include an in room selection of beverages and food items for your convenience at an additional charge. 

Our guaranteed check-in time is 4pm. However, if availability allows, we're happy to offer an early check-in at an additional cost.  

At check-in, guests must present a valid government-issued state ID or international passport matching the reservation name, along with the credit card used to book the stay. The cardholder must be present. A $100 authorization hold will be placed on the card for incidentals. Guests must be 21 years or older.

Yes — we accept packages up to 7 days prior to arrival. Packages must be addressed to the guest name on the reservation. Fees apply as follows:

• Under 1 lb – Free

• 1–5 lbs – $5

• 5–15 lbs – $10

• 15–25 lbs – $20

• Over 25 lbs – $35

• Oversized/Heavy – $150

Please note that long-term storage is not available, so we recommend scheduling deliveries to arrive during your stay.

Yes — Hotel Croydon is pet-friendly, welcoming up to 2 pets per room (maximum weight 40 lbs each). A $250 non-refundable fee applies per stay, though service animals are exempt. Pets cannot be left unattended in guestrooms.

All non-refundable reservations are fully non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Charges to the credit card are dependent upon the rate plan reserved and events taking place in the city. 

Our standard cancellation policy is 72 hours (by 3pm ET), but cancellation policy is dependent upon the rate plan reserved.

We only offer roll-away beds for our suite.
